I dunno. Snape is not a fave character for me, as I think he would have continued to be a Death Eater and kill innocent people if it weren't for caring about Lily in a possessive 'she's mine' way. Plus he was a bully and just a mean man. He's interesting, for sure! But feh.

My point exactly! Some people say Lily is wrong for not forgiving Severus, but it was totally justified because he is a "racist who hangs out with neo nazis" The only reason he ever switched to the Order's side was after he found out that Voldemort wanted to kill Lily (Someone he cared about, If it was the Longbottoms I do not think he would of done anything to stop it)
I actually like Snape he is an interesting character, and his plot during Deathly Hallows is heartbreaking, I like his character faults and I love every moment of his memories. I just hate when fandom treats him like a bullied kid that did nothing wrong, when he was also a bully and a jerk! Fans of his complain about James being a Bully, but at least he was good to Lily, I can't say that about Snape...
